Eviction Status Update Request

Clients may get an emailed status of an eviction suit that we have filed for the client by submitting the request below by email. We normally prepare suits the day that we receive the request and file them with the court the following business day. However, since tenants have 5 business days from the day that they are served with the eviction lawsuit to respond to the suit, it will be more than a week after we receive the eviction request before we have any status except that the suit was filed. We provide the information only to our client for that suit. To receive status by email, please complete the following and email it to us. Of course, you are welcome to call anytime.
